Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. You will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain food safety standards and compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate and oversee food production, ensuring high-quality and timely service
- Assist with banquet and event planning, including setup, execution, and cleanup
- Handle cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling shifts and managing labor costs
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for business growth

Skills:
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service principles
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
