A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

As an HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR), you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain service contracts, and make follow-up calls. You also coordinate the daily schedule with the sales team, dispatcher, and service manager and manage our maintenance agreements with customers.

Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. Because there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with, you are never bored! You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to keep a positive attitude when handling customer complaints and emergency calls
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers to avoid misunderstandings and ensure satisfaction
• 2 years of Customer Service experience - home service industry experience a plus!
• Experience with CRM software preferred
