We are seeking an entry level Operations Specialist to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA on a 3 month contract in a hybrid setting! If you have a background in accounting or data entry please apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Support processes related to Account Openings, KYC, Securities Processing, Various Cash Activities, Fees, Tax, Mortgage and Loan Origination/Advances/Payments, Deposits, Accounting, Reconciliations, Records Management and Account Closings.
- Input data and review of sensitive client information across multiple systems and processes
- Document management including scanning, filing, vault maintenance
- Process incoming and outgoing mail which includes checks, proxies, loan documentation, statements and various client communications
- Communicate with clients both written and verbally
- Work independently and within a team setting
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and critical thinker is required
- Displays ability to work independently in fast paced high volume capacity
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Bachelors degree (Nice to have)
- Background in accounting or finance (Nice to have)
