We are seeking an Operations Specialist I in Pittsburgh, PA in a hybrid setting - 3 days a week in office for an 8 month contract! If you possess a strong worth ethic along with great communication skills while following defined processes with a minimum of 1 year of operations experience, please apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Provides oversight of client executed documents
- Provides accurate instruction to other Ops teams, phone and email communication with Client Relationship Teams, Hedge Fund Administrators, and business partners.
- Follows defined processes and procedures
- Organizes PDFs
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong organization skills along with dependability and eagerness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PDFs (Nitro PDF a plus).
- BS degree is a plus
