Member Experience Associate at Bond Collective

About the Role:
In the role of Member Experience Associate, you are the heart of your location. You’re personable, reliable, friendly, and always willing to share your enthusiasm over the brand with your community. You will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of a Bond Collective member. Every experience our members have within Bond Collective, from how they interact with our community, to the events and operations of the space, you will ensure they receive a top notch experience. This role will also support the Community/General Manager and will be stationed at the front desk, ready to offer guidance and support to our members, guests and the space whenever needed.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
First point of contact at the front desk; greeting guests and tracking walk-ins
Orient first-time members and short-term guests
Onboard new members: activate and distribute keys, fobs, building access and member welcome packets
Responsible for member engagements, community events, and supporting member networking
Manage conference room bookings and conference catering requests
Assist with technical, operational or facilities related member issues (printing, network mgt, phones etc)
Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms
Mail service and package handling
Actively participate in the sales process by touring, assisting in follow up emails, maintaining 100% occupancy in the space.
Manage the office independently if Community/General Manager is out of office
Identify issues for escalation to the General/Community Manager and document accordingly
Responsible for member engagements, community events, and supporting member networking
Continuously explore and curate possible partnerships and community programs that offer value to our members and their organizations
Experience & Requirements:
Hospitality experience highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once, thrives in high stress situations
Personable, approachable with an always willing to help attitude
Self starter who has the ability to work independently as well as within a team
Detail-oriented with proven project management skills
Willing to learn new systems and technology
Some understanding of P&L reports, budgeting and expenses
Strong Admin experience required
Bachelor's degree
