About the Role:
In the role of Member Experience Associate, you are the face and heart of your location. You’re personable, reliable, friendly, and always willing to share your enthusiasm over the brand with your community. You will play a crucial role in the lifecycle of a Bond Collective member. Every experience our members have within Bond Collective, from how they interact with our vibe and community, to the events and operations of the space, you will ensure they receive a top notch experience from a hospitality driven brand. This role will also support the Community/General Manager and will be stationed at the front desk, ready to offer guidance and support to our members, guests and the space whenever needed.
Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
First point of contact at the front desk for all members and guests delivering excellent customer service
Onboard new members: activate and distribute keys, fobs, building access and member welcome packets
Tour the space with new members, answer questions regarding the space and the community
Curate and oversee all events and programming within the space
Seek and collaborate with local businesses for partnership opportunities
Assist in end-to-end IT management and solutions (i.e. printing, network management, phones, etc.)
Manage conference room bookings and conference catering requests
Enhance the ‘Bond Moments’ initiative by developing relationships with members which will in turn inform and inspire programming concepts and form brand loyalty
Assist the Community Manager and/or General Manager in ensuring smooth operations of the space while providing an optimal member experience
Manage the office independently if Community Manager/General Manager is out of office
Complete other errands and tasks around the office as needed
Experience & Requirements:
Hospitality and event planning experience highly preferred
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities at once, thrives in high stress situations
Personable, approachable with an always willing to help attitude
A strong sense of customer service and hospitality in a luxury environment
Self starter who has the ability to work independently as well as within a team
Capacity to produce and manage a wide variety of events both one-off and recurring
Detail-oriented, strong multi-tasker
Proven project management Skills
Willing to learn new systems and technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree
