BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The National Construction Lead is responsible for oversight of BluSky's National Reconstruction and Mitigation Team. The BluSky National Team is comprised of project managers, directors, and support teams that respond to large scale projects across the US. The National Construction Lead will drive for constant improvement of operations, margin performance, maintaining our high level of customer service, while successfully growing the operational organization. Base Salary - $250,000-$300,000Bonus Range - 50%-75% of Annual SalaryEquity SharesPRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for tracking and managing revenue production of $200 million yearly revenue. Executes margin performance, ensuring the company meets financial targets. Lead and develop the team of National Operations Vice Presidents and Directors. Responsible for recruiting, selecting, and retaining talented and qualified staff to meet production needs. Oversees safety compliance across all internal and external functions. Determines training gaps among the National Operations team. Spearhead the development, implementation, and dissemination of effective growth strategies and processes within operations. Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization. Ensure compliance with all company standard operating procedures. Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company. Regular review of office margin performance data with the Chief Operating Officer. Manage performance measures across all disciplines to ensure individual job performance and profitability. Foster an environment within the organization that promotes the growth of current employees to meet the future leadership needs of the organization. Promote alignment with the company's vision, principles, and philosophies. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field. Minimum of 10 years' experience in leadership/management. Minimum 10 years' experience in construction. Ability to travel (Including Air Travel) approximately 50% of the time. Decision making, negotiation, problem solving, and delegation skills required. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required. Strong MS Office Suite product knowledge required. COMPENSATION: This position offers a competitive base salary, a bonus plan based on metrics/goals conversion.
