Position Overview : The primary role of the Construction Estimator is to provide cost estimates for construction projects in a timely and accurate manner and preparing final estimates working with the Project Manager.

Preconstruction duties includes gathering and analyzing data, determining costs of materials and labor, and preparing necessary reports to support the estimate.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze construction plans and specifications to develop detailed estimates.
  • Collect and analyze data on construction costs, materials, and labor.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with project costs.
  • Prepare estimates, cost summaries, and other related documents.
  • Assist with preconstruction services such as budgeting, value engineering, and project management.
  • Maintain communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate cost estimates.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in construction cost estimating.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, estimating software, and other related tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
