Summary:
An ideal candidate for this role will have a knowledge of several Human Resources functions, with specialized experience in benefits administration, HRIS management (Paycor preferred), policy and process creation and oversight, and special projects. The perfect candidate will be a big picture thinker, with the ability to adapt and identify how to drive select people-related functions forward within the organization. This role will be dynamic and may adjust responsibilities based on the fast-paced environment that we work in. Working with a small team of HR professionals, the team will work cohesively to ensure the HR department’s operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the entire organization.
