- Experience, or education, in Financial ERP systems or platforms (Higher education preferred, such as Banner, Workday, etc.)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in project coordination and associated administrative tasks.
- Experience working in the higher education, finance, and/or treasury field preferable.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Experience in Google Suite/Workspace. Willing to try out new technologies and work tools with an open mind toward efficiency and impact.
- Desirable, but not required, working knowledge of payment systems such as Point of Sale and credit card machines.
- This Project Coordinator will primarily hold a leading role in multiple Bursar and Treasury projects including but not limited to new digital student ID cards project that includes declining balance cards, various ERP projects, and other finance and student based projects.
- Lead execution of projects within higher education programs in the Bursar and Treasury department, serving as the primary point person for specified projects.
- Performs administrative tasks often to keep projects, staff and management moving forward.
- Experience keeping multiple calendars, working with vendors and multiple departments.
- Excellent communication skills which include putting together communication plans for new processes and procedures.
