Bluejacket is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in our Las Vegas, NV office. The CSR will perform various duties required to ensure an organized and well run office environment.

The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all customers, business partners, and co-workers.

This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He / she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures / systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities :

Guest services Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the office and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see.

Answer all phone calls and emails sent to the main office and provide inter-office messages as requested.

Administration Send out and receive mail, documents, supplies, and packages. Distribute items to mailboxes and offices as requested.

File and keep good records. Maintain office supplies and reorder as needed. Maintain an organized filing system. Manage a schedule for those needing support and schedule appointments as required.

• Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues.
• Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the service based on their unique needs.
• Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a service expert to ensure all information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.
• Track interactions in GE Delivers - Record customer interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and documentation purposes.
• Maintain schedules - Communicate with customers on availability and scheduling updates
• Routing and Dispatch - Plan and maintain daily delivery schedule and maintain proficiency in software for routing and dispatch.

Requirements :

• An associate degree is preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
• Excellent communication and writing skills
