Duties and Responsibilities: Including, but not limited to, the following:

• Responds to request for sales, shipping, product information and specifications for international customers.
• Responds to daily requests from customers for shipping, product/case specs, images technical information, ingredients and allergens.
• Creates and customize sales materials, delivery and communication to customers.
• Coordinated samples to ensure that correct label, formulas, products are fulfilled in a timely fashion and tracks all cost associated.
• Procures all necessary health registrations, international documentation, certifications, labs, pricking approvals, government approvals requested by customers for import of products.
• Responds to international customer product inquiries and concerns.
• Interact with various freight forwarders and carriers to resolve issues and complaints.
• Perform additional responsibilities as deemed necessary and as assigned by supervisor.

• Proficient in Excel, word and other computer skill

• Must engaged in work
