Blue Sky Innovators is Hiring an Executive Assistant, Secret Clearance Eligible Near Arlington, VA

This role will be for the administrative coordination of program leadership including scheduling, communications, coordination with other offices, status tracking and reporting, and triaging priorities for actioning across the program leadership.

Description

As the EA, this role will be the principal delegator helping to direct needs to the correct staff and team members, while tracking load and progress to ensure optimal allocation and mapping of needs to skills and availability.

Requirements:

Experience in coordinating logistics and schedules
Experience in team coordination and skills mapping
Experience in task tracking, delegation, and prioritization
Experience working with multiple departments, and job functions.
Excellent communication skills and accountability
Secret clearance preferred.
