The Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing and supporting field operations for large pool/client territories. They will also manage, mentor, and develop a growing staff of Pool Maintenance Technicians. The role requires an individual with strong customer service skills, as face-to-face customer interaction is expected daily. Additionally, pool service is a required element of the role, and you must be comfortable working in the elements.
This position will be located in the Jacksonville, FL Metro.
