Your Mission:

Create a positive and thriving culture that excels in both camper satisfaction and financial performance.

Your Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for the property.
• Manage personnel across our RV park and campground.
• Achieve key performance indicators, including net operating income, guest satisfaction, and team performance targets.
• Meet performance metrics and deadlines efficiently.
• Keep our booking system accurate and up-to-date.
• Execute daily management tasks, ensuring a seamless campground operation and providing top-notch customer service.
• Conduct physical inspections of the property, sites, and facilities.
• Maintain well-kept grounds and facilities.
• Submits bank deposits accurately and regularly.
• Act as a liaison between the Regional Director and our valued guests.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Thrive in high-pressure, multitasking situations.
• Customer-centric attitude and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and Word documents.
• Excel in data entry within booking systems.
• Physically capable - able to lift 15 lbs repetitively and walk a quarter mile without stopping.
