Project Manager

We are looking for a responsible Project Manager to perform a variety of duties including managing projects and tasks as well as working with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Office and office equipment. Job Responsibilities:

• Actively controls and monitors all projects within assigned coverage area

• Assigns tasks, tracks and follow ups to superintendent

• Conducts face to face meetings with home owners for pool progress and follows up post build with satisfaction report

• Manages crews for assigned tasks

• Reads and monitors plans for accuracy for projects

• Trains superintendents and assistant superintendents

• Works closely with warranty department

• Conducts annual employee reviews of any direct reports

• Updates to builder trend as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior office software experience (Microsoft Office)

• Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic

• Experience working with the public/customers

• Ability to work independently with little supervision

• Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude

• Strong typing and computer skills

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask

• Skilled in verbal and written communications

Salary: $DOE with commissions and bonus
