Conveniently located in Phoenix, Arizona, we are a nursing facility dedicated to improving the lives of our senior residents employing the highest level of patient-centered care and support. As part of continuing this legacy, we are looking for candidates who want to be trained and become a part of our team as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Duties and responsibilities

• Help residents take prescribed medication
• Assist residents with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
• Perform light housekeeping duties that residents can't complete on their own
• Record care given as well as observed responses to treatment, including patient’s participation in ADLs
• Assist with the distribution and collection of patient nourishments and meal trays
• Assess vital signs and report significant changes to licensed nurse
• Report any observed change in patients’ conditions to the licensed nurse in a timely manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Proof of TB test
• 18 years old and above
• BLS/First Aid Certification encouraged
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Competent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Willingness to be trained
