We are a nursing facility in Phoenix serving the area and its surrounding neighborhoods, committed to the delivery of high quality nursing care to senior residents who come through our doors.

We are looking for CNAs to train and add to our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. If you’re looking for a comprehensive training program and a culture of excellence in the workplace, then we are here for you!

Essential duties of our CNAs:

• Assist our senior residents in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, nail care, and other physical day-to-day activities
• Maintain a neat, safe, and orderly room for the residents conducive to their health and wellness
• Observe and immediately report resident reactions and changes in condition as well as take and record vital signs
• Safely lift and reposition residents as necessary
• Respond to patient calls for treatment and support 
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and reports relating to the patient’s condition
• Follow all departmental policies and procedures

Requirements from prospective CNAs:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Ability to undergo a background check
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• BLS/First Aid Certification
