Role description

We 're excited to welcome another Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to our team of varied and vibrant healthcare professionals! You will have the chance to make a difference in the lives of our senior citizens as a CNA by advocating for high-quality care, life-enhancing support, and clinical excellence.

This opportunity is for CNA applicants who wish to start their careers in healthcare, regardless of their level of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide designated patient care to assigned patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including oral care, bathing, positioning, transferring, and elimination
  • Provide quality services to residents, families, co-workers, and vendors in a manner that ensures satisfaction
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment
  • Maintain a log with all vital information
  • Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
  • Report any important changes, grievances or requests to the direct Registered Nurse assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proof of COVID vaccination
  • Proof of TB test
  • Valid Driver’s License and an insured automobile
  • 18 years old and above
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and management
