This role is perfect for someone with excellent writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for data analysis. The Business Analyst will be instrumental in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from all sales and marketing channels. This position plays a critical role in supporting the strategic decision-making process, driving the company's growth by evaluating and improving our sales and marketing processes.ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze data from various sales and marketing channels, ensuring accuracy and relevance.Present data in clear, compelling ways to support management's decision-making, including regular reports, dashboards, and presentations.Evaluate current sales and marketing processes, identifying areas for improvement.Document all sales and marketing processes in a detailed and accessible manner.Work closely with management to implement process improvements, aiming for increased efficiency and effectiveness.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing analytics.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand their data needs and support their goals.Requirements0-2 years of experience in a business analyst role or a similar position, preferably within a sales or marketing context.Exceptional writing skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable and actionable manner.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.Chicago preferred.
