Black Box Careers is Hiring a Manager, Benefits Near DALLAS, TX

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate existing benefits programs and identify opportunities for enhancement or optimization.
  • Research market trends and benchmark competitors to ensure our benefits remain competitive and attractive to current and prospective employees.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other fringe benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and optimize service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations governing employee benefits, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes affecting employee benefits and recommend appropriate actions to maintain compliance.
  • Develop and deliver clear and engaging communications to educate employees about their benefits options, enrollment processes, and eligibility requirements.
  • Conduct periodic benefits orientations, workshops, and training sessions to promote awareness and understanding among employees.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze key metrics related to employee benefits utilization, costs, and satisfaction.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights to senior leadership and support decision-making related to benefits strategy and investment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration or related HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
