ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Functions withpercent of time spent performing function
Investigate workplace complaints of violation ofpolicy or law. Conduct prompt, thorough, objective andconfidential investigations of employee and third party complaints ofdiscrimination, harassment, retaliation and/or policy violations ensure that all internal investigations areconducted in accordance with the Company's established standards and procedures. Conduct remote or in-person, on-site interviewswith complainant(s), witnesses, and individuals against whom complaints arefiled, to gather and analyze the facts associated with the complaints. Identify, collect, analyze and preservedocumentary and physical evidence related to the matters being investigated. Prepare concise report of investigation. Identify and make recommendations.
Requirements
What is the size of the team this resource will beworking with? Will be independently conducting investigations, so there may ormay not be a team of people associated with the investigation. They would workwith the manager or two staff members in the planning and initiation, as wellas wrap up phase of investigation. At the recommendation stage, they may workwith higher level management or other HR business functions.
