Workplace Investigator
Our client is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Workplace Investigator! The ideal candidate will have a background in conducting workplace investigations, particularly in handling sensitive matters such as harassment, discrimination, conflicts of interest, and other complex issues. Preference will be given to candidates who are licensed attorneys or possess a law degree. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly investigating workplace complaints, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and providing comprehensive reports and recommendations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality throughout the investigation process.

Pay Range: $70.00 – 73.75, DOE
Location: Portland, OR – Mostly Remote – May have travel requirements to interview investigation participants.
Schedule: Variable depending on need (Fluctuates from 6 to 30 hours)
Contract Duration: 1 Year
