InternationalBank seems bilingual Japanese Implementation Manager at Global TransactionBanking Department (GTBD) which provides various online banking solutions (CashManagement Services) to corporate clients existing and customized enhancementof the banking transactions such as payment/collection services, liquiditymanagement, trade financing, FX, etc.

Not onlypromoting products or providing advices to corporate clients, but productsdevelopment and planning to enhance services and products are also the unit'sfocus. GTBD liaises with its H.O. in Tokyo and also various productdepartments, is hub function for all cash and treasury management products andservices in US market, Canada, Mexico and Brazil and also is providing supportsto Japanese and US corporate clients.

Principal Responsibilities

• Implementationof online banking system to corporate customers:
• Confirmcustomer’s subscribing services and settings using variety of systems
• Communicatewith customer to clarify their needs for CMS and each services
• Handling CMSrelated service agreements and registration forms; this includes creation,delivery and collection to/from customer and process for service registration
• Assistcustomers for initial setup and testing
• Provide initialtraining to customers for online services
• Create a logfor received agreements and store it for internal record
• Provide supportto customers and troubleshoot CMS related issues
• Update usermanuals
• Participationin Product Development and Upgrading of CMS related Services
• Provide supportfor creating/modifying workflows and procedures of the services
• Maintain andupdate lists for possible future upgrade/enhancements
• Participate inUser testing
• AdministrativeDuties
• Update CMSproduct related customer data and lists
• Support SalesTeam by providing customer registration information
• Providestatistics such as number of contracts related to on-line services
• Conduct CMS feerelated administrative duties
• Update internalmanuals and workflows

Requirements

• Business levelproficiency in English & Japanese required
• Bachelor degreeor higher
• Ability toquickly learn and handle technical systems
• Hands-on andpositive can-do work attitude towards and internal process complexity
• 3 to 5 yearsrelevant work experience within financial, IT systems or related industry
• Strong computerskills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint to support online bankingactivities for corporate activities
• Prior knowledgeof transaction banking and financial products is preferred
• Goodorganizational and analytical skills
• Ability to workwith staff of all levels in multi-cultural environment
