The opportunity:

We’re looking for anImplementation Solutions Program Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive discovery, solution recommendations, pre-sales workflow, and post-sales workflow. You should have experience managing large-scale cross-functional projects. You are responsible for liaising with Account Executives and Product leaders across the entire Flexport organization to properly solve, document, and detail a robust implementation handover that will allow our Implementation managers to succeed and represent Flexport as the leader in effective customer onboarding. 

What you'll do: 

• Deliver insight and guidance on proper setup, capabilities, and timelines, and proactively ensure that the solution we are selling can be realized either with current technologies and systems and/or that we have proper buy-in from organization leaders and product owners 
• Guide and make suggestions where you see gaps and potential risks to ensure we are selling the right solution for the business; sought out by Demand leaders as experts in effective customer onboarding 
• Drive solutions that work and can be achieved- which will require high levels of intuitiveness, Flexport-specific knowledge, industry-standard knowledge, and the ability to escalate quickly and effectively to ensure we don’t lose time and visibility
• Lead the pre-implementation internal calls and sign-off, ensuring the implementation packet has all of the necessary details for an effective handover to the Implementation manager 
• Work alongside Business Technology on projects in our software tooling that will provide a robust picture and alignment with our Implementation and Integrations teams needs
• Lead steady state reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days to measure handover effectiveness and program success; enforce standard metrics across the organization
• Interface with customers at all levels 
• Interface with internal product owners and organizational leaders
• Work across the Solutions Program management team to ensure we collect and analyze customer data to improve best practices
• Align regularly with Enablement to ensure documentation and work is cascaded across global teams; assisting with internal rollouts and adoption

What you'll need:

• BA/BS degree with 1-2 years of professional logistics, supply chain, projects, programs, or consulting experience.
• Process-driven mindset with strong execution skills
• Next-level attention to detail and the drive to deliver ahead of schedule with a servant leadership approach.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortability speaking to customers at all levels. 
• Comfortability driving solutions with product owners and escalating effectively to organizational leaders. 
• Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, or freight forwarding operations
