International Finance company seeks bilingual JapaneseOperation Specialist in New York.

• Operations of daily financial arrangement including gettingbank loans, issuing CP’s medium notes, etc.
• Fund transfer / remittance to the group companies in the USand Japan
• Bank reconciliations to check incoming funds
• General Affairs work including office management
• Support the company management at their request

· *Currently,the position is temporarily Work From Home, but the team provides operationtraining on site.After the training,the position will be remote until the Covid situation becomes better.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of accounting and financial operations experience includingfund transfer /remittance via cash management systems
• Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (oraland written)
• Accurate, detail oriented operational skills
• Good time management skills
