Internationalbanking organization seeks a bilingual Japanese Associate or VP to have closecommunication with Federal Reserve Bank, NY State Financial Services Departmentand other regulators to receive up-to-date guide lines.

Responsibilities:

·Monitor the Bank's Credit policies andprocedures to fully comply with all regulatory requirements.

·Advise both Credit Division officers and frontoffice managers as to the Fed guide lines to guarantee approval of creditapplications in full compliance with US guidelines.

·Analyze the bank’s credit portfolio and generateportfolio reports periodically.

·Ensure sound credit management and best creditapproval practices across the organization.

·Conduct self assessment process, which includescontinuous monitoring of events and strength of credit portfolio.

·Generate reports to global management regardingthe deals of the Credit Department of the Americas

Requirements

Qualifications

·At least 3 years experience in commercial orinvestment banking to fully comprehend lending principles and practices.

·Bachelor's degree or equivalent, required/MBA,preferrable.

·Excellent interpersonal, communication andpresentation skills both in English and Japanese (oral and written).

·PC skills including Microsoft PowerPoint, Wordand Excel, required.
