Overview
·OurBrand/Marketing team has ~20 people consisting of two teams. The Brand team isresponsible for brand marketing and sponsorship activations to drive awarenessand affinity. The Marketing team its responsible for marketing to residentialand business customers to drive program enrollment. There is also a shared bodyof work to communicate with customers about their account or service, unrelatedto marketing that is partially managed by the brand/marketing team inpartnership with the Communications team.
JobDescription:
·Guide theexecution of deliverables from concept through completion, relying on bestpractices. Collaborates with colleagues to aide in the development of marketingcampaigns aligned to business needs and brand execution.
·Collaborate tocreate and execute clear, actionable briefs for creatives (e.g., copywriters,designers, etc.). Working with colleagues, coordinate assignments and work ofcreatives.
·Capture alldeliverables projects and create work-back plans that include goals, measurableobjectives, tactics, resources, timelines, budget, key review cycles,stakeholders, decision makers.
·Coordinate withdesigners, writers, and other creatives in the development of assets. Showcasestrong organizational and time management skills, combined with the ability toprioritize work based on business strategy.
Requirements
·Bachelor’sdegree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or similar field plus4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education andexperience.
·Advanced skillsin collaboration, relationship building, negotiation, influence, style flexingand conflict competence.
·Advanced skillsin communication, including presentations.
·Intermediateskills in all stages of project management; intermediate skills in analyzingcomplex information to make a recommendation; intermediate skills inorganization and prioritization, problem solving and innovation.
·Intermediateskills in process improvement, self-management and taking the initiative; and intermediateskills in thinking critically, asking probing questions, and understanding rootcause issues.
·Ability to meetdeadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and able to workvariable hours to meet business need.
·Must be able tofollow processes and procedures and consistently meet attendance standards forregular, reliable, predictable, full-time attendance.
·The team is typicallyin the office 1-2 days a week to have a chance to collaborate, meet andinteract in-person. If the chosen candidate prefers working in an office, thatcan be accommodated.
