· Prestigious Investment Bank seeks Bilingual Associate or VP at its Sponsored Finance Department in New York.

• Promote business with private equity firms;originate and execute the corporate finance and LBO finance, manage creditportfolio, distribute US financial products and funds in Japan, and promotecross border M&A.
• Liaise and coordinate with Head office of theBank and the Securities, and other teams/divisions in the Americas, and overseasoffices and affiliates
• Conduct and model a broad range of corporatefinance alternatives and due diligence for client transactions includingM&A, strategic alternatives, capital structure development, acquisitionfinance, syndicated loan and capital market financing
• Facilitate and coordinate product group ideageneration and solutions development across a broad platform of globalcapabilities
• Draft client pitches and marketing materialsincluding M&A, public/private debt & equity capital markets, syndicatedbank financing, and other internal documentation by coordinating internal andexternal resources

Requirements

• 5 years of related banking experience (M&A or structured finance preferred)
• Recent MBA graduates are welcome
• Bilingual Japanese (native & business level) and fluent English
• The position is New York based but will be hired as expatriate with US Work visa support and housing support
