Position Responsibilitiesand Duties (Be Specific):
• Manage relationships withsubsidiaries of Multi National Corporations to generate loan assets and feeincome.
• Manage existing relationshipswith the corporate by providing continuous support on the existing portfolio.
• Strengthen existingrelationships with the corporate clients by providing new product propositions.
• Monitor the existingportfolio of corporate loans accounts in order to maintain them as performingassets.
• Evaluate and prepare creditproposals and present to the relevant committees for approval.
• Contribute to the strategicbusiness activities including internal reporting and budget initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contactwith Risk team and Internal Audit team, leading the coordination of allrelevant risk and audit presentations (In the future, it will be main ofcontact).
• Serve as a point of contactwith FRB, NYFSD and other regulatory agencies, leading the coordination of allrelevant regulatory presentations (including preparation of materials. In thefuture, it will be main of contact).
Requirements
• 5years - Related experiencein Financial Services Industry.
• Bachelor's Degree orequivalent work experience.
• Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Understanding of corporatefinance and banking products.
• Ability to read, write andspeak Japanese and English.
• Ability to use Lotus Notes,Excel, Word, Power point, Internet.
