A global Japanese company is currently seeking a global mobility manager who will be responsible for supporting the company's expatriates in managing HR and payroll functions.
The manager will lead a team of 4 and will be required to communicate daily with all levels of expats while liaising with the Head Office and subsidiaries to provide updates of necessary information.
Serve as the central point of contact for designated mobility stakeholders, and oversee all aspects of employee mobility, cross-border immigration, taxation, and relocations. Additionally, manage the company's mobility policy and keep track of market trends and compliance changes that may require policy updates.
The ideal candidate must have direct experience in expat HR and Payroll functions, with over 3 years of team management, and possess proficient Japanese language skills.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in HR or a business-related field is preferred.
- Must have prior experience supporting expatriates' HR & Payroll.
- Over 3 years of experience in team/staff management experience is required.
- Proficient Japanese in reading, speaking, and writing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
