International financial institutionseeks a bilingual Japanese Administration Associate who plays an essential rolein the Planning and Administration Team of the Americas Credit Department.This position provides administrative supportto the Credit Team staff.
Responsibilities
1.)Administration of Credit Application Workflow
Receivingcredit application materials via email, internal system or direct physicaldeliveries from account officers.
To create“Check Sheet for Credit Application” and timely delivery of all the documentsto Credit Team staffs.
To input keyinformation and data regarding the transactions into “Anken Kanri System”.
To confirm andadjust Anken Kanri System information on monthly basis upon necessity.
2.)Administration of Credit Rating Application
Receivingrating application materials and its record keeping by creating ratingapplication file.
To create“Check Sheet for Rating Application” and timely deliver all the related docs toCredit Team staffs.
3.) DocumentLibrary Management
Filemaintenance and management of various physical and electronic files includingbut not limited to credit applications, rating applications.
4.) Preparationof Report and Date Support for Senior Managements in US and Head Office
To create themonthly transaction report to track transactions number with qualitativeanalysis
5.) CreditPlanning and Administrative Assistant Work and Project Coordination Support
Support withsenior management to perform a variety of planning works in the departmentincluding designing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance themanagement framework and the operational flows of deal sanctioning and creditmonitoring.
6.) Otheradministrative support task
Upon request ofmanager/supervisor, to create certain administrative documents.
