We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and energetic Customer Service Associates to help us communicate and coordinate sales deliveries with our growing sales and service clientele. As a Customer Service Associate, you will work with a dedicated team that will use exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to teach clients about their new cars or trucks, schedule service appointments, and help coordinate rental vehicles. The goal is to drive exceptional customer communication that results in sales growth and strong relationships with our loyal clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls for sales and service and make the connection with the appropriate department.
• Assist the sales department in delivering new and certified preowned vehicles (demonstrate basic technology and personalize vehicle settings for customers).
• Ensure a “perfect” delivery of each car by assisting the sales department with gasoline top offs, coordinating accessory installation, coordinating professional detail services, as well as introducing the service department and scheduling the first series of appointments.
• Schedule, check-in, and check-out rental cars to our extensive service department and retail clientele.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
