Summary: The dealership custodian keeps our buildings clean, orderly and safe throughout the afternoon and into the evening by performing heavy cleaning duties, including cleaning floors, vacuuming rugs, washing walls, glass and bathrooms and removing trash.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work from 2PM to 11PM. Tuesday through Saturday.
• Is friendly and customer focused while conducting job duties
• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures including some heavy items that get discarded in our collision and reconditioning center.
• Disinfects customer touch area with approved cleaning solutions.
• Vacuum, Dust and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and place furniture back in correct placement.
• Cleans assigned customer and employee areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces. Follows cleaning procedures.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for our clients and staff.
• Proactively seeks out areas requiring cleaning; takes initiative to complete the task.
• Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
• Performs other duties as assigned.
