  • Onboarding Ambassador: Welcome new members to our family with warmth and enthusiasm, guiding them through our unique onboarding process and helping them feel at home from day one.
  • Knowledge Sharing Advocate: Educate our employee-owners on company policies, procedures, and benefits, empowering them to make informed decisions and take ownership of their careers.
  • Benefits Advocate: Serve as a trusted resource for all things benefits-related, providing guidance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring our employee-owners have access to the support they need to thrive.
  • Support Partner: Offer compassionate support to our workforce, lending an ear, resolving issues, and fostering a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration.
  • Compliance Guardian: Stay vigilant on labor laws and regulations, offering sage advice to management and ensuring our practices align with legal requirements and our values as employee-owners.
  • Wellness Champion: Lead the charge on promoting employee wellness through innovative programs, challenges, and initiatives that nurture physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • Learning & Development Advocate: Collaborate on the development and delivery of training programs that empower our employee-owners to grow personally and professionally and contribute to our collective success.
  • Job Description Curator: Keep our job descriptions current and compelling, collaborating with managers to ensure they reflect the unique opportunities available to our employee owners.
  • 401K Guide: Navigate our employee-owners through the ins and outs of our 401K plan, providing guidance and support to help them make the most of their benefits.
  • Policy Architect: Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures that reflect our values as employee-owners and support our mission of shared success.
  • Audit Partner: Collaborate with our team to prepare for audits, discrimination testing, and other regulatory requirements, ensuring we uphold our commitment to transparency and accountability.
  • Portal Custodian: Keep our HR portal up-to-date and user-friendly, ensuring easy access to essential resources for our team members.
  • Event Organizer: Assist in planning and coordinating events that celebrate our shared successes and strengthen our bonds as a family.
  • Safety Advocate: Uphold our commitment to a safe and healthy workplace, championing our safety program and ensuring every member of our family feels secure and supported.
Qualifications
  • SHRM CP or SCP certification preferred, or PHR/SPHR certification.
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role, demonstrating proficiency in all areas of HR operations.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
