Overview:

Binkelman is seeking to hire an experienced, dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative.

Primary Duties:

• Acts as the first line of contact for responding to any type of customer inquiry.
• Order Entry, Quoting, Order Expediting
• Provide timely and accurate information to all requests internally and externally.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations, suggest specific products and solutions, and meet or exceed the customers level of urgency.
• Suggest alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Order Follow-up.
• Partner with the outside sales team to meet and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Contribute ideas and improvements to better the organization.
• Work closely with suppliers to maintain good working relationships.
• Participate in product and business training sessions.
• Answer customer and supplier inquiries

Skills:

• Empathetic, energetic, personable, internet savvy, strong communicator, growth mindset.
• Prior experience with power transmission products, conveyor belting, and fluid power products preferred.
• Excellent communication, cooperation, and coordination with team members, vendors, internal and external customers.
• Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Must have strong note taking ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging atmosphere.
• Outstanding attention to detail; ability to multitask and prioritize work.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Pay: $37,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
