We are excited to be adding to our Accounting Team! We are looking for an energetic, full-time Accounting Assistant for our Finance Department. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, who pays attention to detail, is reliable, and committed to the job.

Responsibilities include:

Daily cash receipts

Bank Reconciliation

Payroll and Timecards Preparation

Treasury and Movement of Cash

Responsible for preparing and sending customer invoices and following up for payment

Preparing various customer payments, including check deposits

Data entry of AP invoices into accounting software; responsible for coding invoices and requesting appropriate approvals, when necessary

Respond to AR and AP questions and requests

Assist with the day-to-day needs of the rest of the Accounting Department.

Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Basic accounting knowledge

Minimum associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience
