Accounting Supervisor Up to $105k Base Plus 10% to 15% Bonus

Overview of the Accounting Supervisor:

The Accounting Supervisor reports directly to the Corporate Accounting Director and will be responsible for all phases of general ledger corporate accounting for a group of over 25 corporate entities. The accounting manager will work closely with the property accounting, Accounts Payable, and Treasury teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting of corporate entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly close process reporting and oversee journal entries and adjustments.
• Prepare/review allocation and collection of expenses each month.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to other internal departments such as Asset Management, as well as clients, lenders, consultants, etc., by established deadlines.
• Enter operating budgets for 3 corporate entities.
• Prepare/review monthly bank reconciliations and workpapers.
• Fulfill document and reporting requirements for the annual audit.
• Help manage and mentor the corporate accounting and AP team.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Supervisor:

• Property Management / Real Estate accounting experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Green Hills.
• No management experience required.
