Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional information or promotions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Assist in maintaining customer records and updating account information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
