Bigs & Littles NYC Mentoring is Hiring a Part-time Administrative Coordinator Near New York, NY

Part-Time Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:

Reporting to the Communications & Development Officer, the Part-Time Administrative Coordinator (7 hours per week - 1 full day or two half days) will support Bigs & Littles NYC Mentoring’s Fundraising operations. Compensation - $20 - $25/hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and reporting
  • Maintenance of donor database
  • Individual mailings
  • Assistance with agency communications
  • Related administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with MS office (particularly with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
  • Experience with administrative tasks and database entry
  • Professional communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to demonstrate attention to detail
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Experience with Zoom, Adobe Cloud and Canva platforms preferable
  • Familiarity with not-for-profit fundraising events/operations a plus

For over 120 years, Bigs & Littles NYC Mentoringhas been addressing the social, emotional and academic challenges facing youth from low income, single parent households, by providing one-to-one community based mentoring services supported by life skills programming, crisis intervention, and family support. We seek to improve the lives of children, empowering them to recognize, reach for and achieve their full potential.
