Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher
Location: Gardnerville, Nevada

Compensation: $15 hourly ($25 hourly possible with incentive pay)

Overview:
Bighorn Plumbing is seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to handle various tasks, including customer service, dispatching, social media marketing, and administrative duties.

Flexible Shifts:
  • Full-Time: 7:30am-4pm, 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm (1/2 hour lunch)

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and maintaining positive relationships.
Dispatching:
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for plumbing services based on customer needs and technician availability.
  • Dispatch field technicians to service calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion of service requests.
Facebook Ads Creation:
  • Develop and implement Facebook advertising campaigns to promote Bighorn Plumbing's services.
  • Create engaging ad content, including graphics, copywriting, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Hours Calculation:
  • Calculate and record work hours for field technicians based on job assignments and completion times.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of employee hours for payroll and scheduling purposes.
Call Triage:
  • Prioritize incoming calls and assess the urgency of service requests.
  • Gather necessary information from customers to facilitate efficient dispatching and job assignments.
Customer Communication:
  • Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on job status, arrival times, and any changes as needed.
  • Coordinate with technicians and customers to schedule follow-up appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or related fields preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing purposes, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
  • Basic understanding of scheduling software and data entry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
