Qualifications:
This is a people-oriented leadership position involving the management of people and sales. Ability to oversee 6-8 store managers, providing coaching and motivation to team members. Alignment with company core values.
We do require that you:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be available to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Be available to work weekends
- Have reliable transportation
- Complete our New Barista Training Program- You will then receive your own dedicated trainer for your first 8 shifts to work alongside you and make sure you are comfortable with every aspect of the business.
- Complete Shift Leader, PERColator, and Manager Training
- ServSafe Certified—or ability to complete certification
