1st Shift Maintenance – District Wide: This is a full time/52-week position, with benefits, as defined in the Master Agreement between LAS and LESPA; working 40 hours per week. Hours and days yet to be determined. Minimum qualifications, as determined by the District, must be met and demonstrated on a written and skills test.

Summary: Perform preventative maintenance duties, regular maintenance and emergency maintenance duties as required. Duties may also include custodial and/or grounds work as necessary. Conditions of employment are per the LESPA Master Agreement and all Letters of Agreement.
