Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our home health and hospice team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, have medical terminology knowledge and possess strong leadership skills. Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
-Input referrals and communicate them to physicians and team member
- Handle scheduling, including calendar management and appointment setting
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Serve as the first point of contact
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures
- Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage schedules efficiently and prioritize tasks accordingly
