The role, at a glance:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing and supporting sales and is responsible for sales to the dealer channel. The RSM is a critical resource for the dealer channel – helping them achieve their business, functional, and operational objectives. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager in the state of Georgia (US).

How you'll contribute:

• Manage all elements of the business relationship between Biamp and its regional integrators.
• Sell to and train integrators on all aspects of Biamp’s equipment, its functions and its uses.
• Track and deliver technical and commercial feedback from customers in the region.
• Staff trade show booths where appropriate.
• Meet and exceed annual sales quotas.
• Other duties as assigned by your Supervisor.

A successful candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in audio and video.
• Experience in the professional audio/video marketplace including strong contacts with integrators.
• Experience with computer networking (preferably including audio and video networking). 
• Ability to build long-term relationships with Biamp’s integrators.
• Ability to give both technical and sales presentations to any level of attendee, from company presidents down.
• Strong self-motivation to allow efficient work in a location remote from the company’s headquarters.
• Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of the MS Office suite (including PowerPoint) and CAD programs.
• Proficient basic technical audio knowledge.
• Excellent sales ability to uncover projects, overcome objections and close orders.
• Located in Georgia, US.

Work Environment: 

• Up to 75% of travel; and as many as 2 trips to Biamp’s Beaverton, OR headquarters annually. Plus, participation at one or more national/international trade shows.
