A growing real estate management company is seeking a Property Manager to oversee properties located in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborating with senior managers to develop and implement property management plans.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
• Coordinating maintenance and repair activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Conducting regular property inspections to identify issues and assess overall condition.
• Overseeing rent collections, lease renewals, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Managing property budgets, expenses, and financial records, including rent rolls and accounts receivable.
• Monitoring market trends and competition to make recommendations for property improvements and pricing strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and addressing any legal or safety issues that arise.
• Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on property performance and initiatives.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in property management or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Knowledge of property management software and tools, such as Yardi or AppFolio.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Understanding of local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for property visits and inspections.
