We are looking for a full-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, troubleshooting, and answering emails.
Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via email and phone
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to customers
- Providing feedback to the development team on customer feedback
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers
Qualifications:
