Full time Branding Creative Design Manager - 1048

A growing Electronics manufacturing company is looking for a full time Branding Creative Design Manager to join their team.

As the Graphic Design Branding Manager, you will oversee people, processes, and the output of our creative team. Your leadership will ensure that our creative results meet and exceed the standards of quality and innovation our brand is known for. You will need a keen eye for detail and design, exceptional team management skills, and a strategic approach to balancing speed, quality, and cost.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leadership and Vision:
• Set and maintain high creative standards for the team and its results.
• Make final decisions for mission-critical projects, aligning with company needs.
• Talent Management:
• Build and implement processes for finding, onboarding, training, and offboarding team members.
• Build and lead a roster of external creative resources, focused on quality, efficiency, budget, and company objectives.
• Process Optimization:
• Develop and maintain effective and useful processes for the creative division as it evolves.
• Budget Management:
• Set and manage project budgets, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation across projects.
• Collaboration:
• Serve as the primary contact for collaboration between department heads.
• Set communication processes between design team members and product managers.
• Operational Excellence:
• Provide clear visibility into team capacity, SLAs, and backlogs for effective project management and prioritization.
  Priority Setting:
• Set project priorities and standards for project acceptance and resource allocation.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with Artistic Vision
• 2 years of experience with Establishing Priorities
• 3 years of experience with Key Performance Indicators
• Ability to work onsite
• Willingness to undergo a background check as per local regulations
• 2 years of Amazon design experience
