The Project Manager is responsible for managing and directing all activity related to new residential community development including securing all entitlements and coordinating with all agencies, internal and external team members to achieve desired development goals.
ResponsibilitiesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is a combined sedentary/mobile office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials such as plans and specifications weighing 25 pounds or less. Additionally, needs to be able to perform walks of communities under construction, as well as completed communities. Walks may be over uneven terrain comprised of dirt, landscape, concrete or asphalt. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. Will be required to operate motor vehicle.

The median base compensation for this position is estimated to be $143,627.13 annualy subject to adjustment based on business-related factors including employee qualifications, geographic location, and operational considerations.
