Full Time Director of Recruitment - 949
An ABA Company is looking for a Director of Recruitment who will be responsible for the overall recruitment strategy and execution for the company. This includes developing and implementing recruitment plans, sourcing and screening RBTs candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers. The Director of Recruitment will also work closely with the HR team to ensure that the company's hiring needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment plans that align with the company's overall business goals
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications
- Negotiate offers with candidates and ensure that they are aligned with the company's compensation and benefits philosophy
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure that the company's hiring needs are met
- Monitor the recruitment process and make adjustments as needed
- Track and report on recruitment metrics
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment, preferably in an ABA corporate setting
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
